1. Our Services
Trusted FIX provides professional property maintenance, renovation and technical services, including but not limited to:
- Property Maintenance
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Electrical Services
- Plumbing & Sanitary Works
- Air Conditioning (AC & HVAC)
- Painting & Decorating
- Carpentry & Joinery
- Renovation & Refurbishment
- Smart Home & Security Solutions
All services are subject to availability and inspection where required.
2. Quotations
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Quotations are based on the information available at the time.
- Additional work requested after approval may incur additional charges.
- Hidden defects or unforeseen site conditions may require revised pricing.
3. Booking & Appointments
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact details.
- Ensuring safe access to the property.
- Ensuring utilities (electricity and water where required) are available during the visit.
If access is unavailable at the agreed appointment time, a call-out charge may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work.
- Commercial customers may receive agreed credit terms.
- Deposits may be required for larger projects or special-order materials.
Trusted FIX accepts approved payment methods as advised at the time of booking. Late payments may be subject to administrative charges and suspension of future services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the issue.
- Inform us of any hazards before work begins.
- Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area where practical.
- Obtain any necessary approvals from landlords, building management or authorities where applicable.
6. Warranty
Trusted FIX stands behind the quality of its workmanship.
- 90-day workmanship warranty on general maintenance.
- 12-month workmanship warranty on electrical, plumbing and carpentry installations (excluding consumables and manufacturer defects).
- Manufacturer’s warranty passed through on all supplied products and equipment.
- Any warranty is void if work is altered or repaired by another contractor without our approval.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment supplied.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, normal wear and tear or damage caused by external events.
- Warranty periods may vary depending on the service provided.
7. Materials
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Materials supplied remain the property of Trusted FIX until paid in full.
- Equivalent or upgraded materials may be used where necessary due to availability.
8. Cancellations
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a call-out fee where costs have already been incurred.
- Trusted FIX reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Health & Safety
Our technicians reserve the right to stop work if:
- The environment is unsafe.
- There is a risk to staff or property.
- Illegal or hazardous conditions are discovered.
Work may resume once the issue has been resolved.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Trusted FIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- Our liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by supplier shortages, weather, force majeure or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs and written materials remain the property of Trusted FIX Technical Services LLC unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
12. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Upload malicious software or interfere with website functionality.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
